I clearly remember my time in the corporate world. I was working on a marketing campaign that seemed perfect –
a well-structured strategy, strong visuals, and clear messaging. But once the campaign was rolled out, I noticed something: different departments were communicating in completely different ways. The social media team used a tone that was entirely different from the website, while sales followed its own messaging.
The result? Customers received mixed signals, the brand lacked consistency and the impact was lost. That’s when I realised that successful marketing is not just about well-executed individual efforts. It requires consistency, integration, and a strategy that aligns all channels and teams.
